Leave space. Do not rush. Do few things well.
It is impossible to teach everyone separately to their level so we are doing History, Science, and some Language Arts as a large group with everyone doing more or less according to their level. We will be using Core Knowledge curriculum.
I am creating my own health course to do in large group as well. I plan to use some of the following resources.

Let them make own healthy lunches using Rethinking Lunch.
Eaden is using all of her same curriculum and is mostly on her own. She will join large group for Health and Tuesday Teatime and small group for Writing.
Large group: History, Science, Language Arts, Health, Tuesday Teatime
Small Group Older: Writing/Torchlight(pick and choose)
Small Group Younger: Torchlight/game bin/Art/Freedom Journals/various(Pinterest)
Independent Older: Math, silent reading
Independent Younger: Math, silent reading, binders, AAR/AAS
In conclusion:
Keep schedule simple each day to be sure we can get to everything without rushing.
More family style homeschooling with fun projects for littles and more in depth research/writing for olders.
