We just returned from a great camping trip to Brazos Bend State Park with Ayo's Girl Scout troop.
The place was totally overrun by caterpillars.
We got a good storm late Wednesday morning.
There was rainy day snack making.
And a picture frame craft made with shells collected and a photo taken on our last trip to the beach.
The weather cleared up nicely for some afternoon exploring.
Kunbo will totally show her buddy Ben her belly button.
But won't hold his hand (or anyone else's for that matter).
This little fella was lying in wait.
Savanna was super scared to walk past but I assured her she would not lose her life...just a limb.
Wale screamed "Mommy mommy! I found a dead baby alligator!" Upon closer inspection, ..."no that's a baby lizard buddy."
Great trip that we plan to repeat in the fall. Can't wait!
