No renters mid week at the beach house...okay we are there!
First a stop by the Sea Center.
The first day at the beach was warm. 88 degrees.
Ayo was building these two sand domes and someone remarked that they looked like "boobies." So we made a beautiful lady.
And now she is a beautiful pregnant lady.
Seun and her new ukulele. She bought it with some of her birthday money.
On our second day we went to Galveston Island State Park. It was cooler and windy.
Wale ran upstairs to show me this crab claw. He said the male crab ripped it off of the female crab. I asked if they were fighting and he said "No. They are married. They were hugging."
Our 3rd day at the beach was calm and just right.
Then my camera went out of commission. Yes, again. This time the lens was not communicating with the camera (so it says online). Nikon is aware of the problem and fixes the particular lens at no cost. So I will be without a camera for a while.
On our last day at the beach we went to the Pleasure Pier. It was our first time. We got there at 11am when kids were still in school. Shina rode every ride and Ayo rode every ride except one. They both went on the big roller coaster with Ade but did not want to go more than once.
Here are some of my phone pics.
The three oldest kids liked this log water ride the best and rode many times.

Grandma tries to rip my arm off too when I try to hug her.
